Impresa Pizzarotti has launched the first HSE Start Programme 2025, an opportunity for young people interested in building a career in Safety and Environment. The programme combines training, development and direct field experience, alongside experts in the sector.

The programme includes an initial onboarding and training phase at the headquarters in Parma, which comprises introductory meetings and mentoring by internal professionals with a view to enhancing and sharing our know-how, as well as technical courses developed with accredited external training institutions, followed by direct field experience alongside the HSE functions of the construction site and factory. The new recruits were welcomed by the company’s top management, including Chairman Paolo Pizzarotti and CEO Riccardo Garré.

Among the internal training initiatives, technical visits were organised to the Prefabrication plant in Pontetaro, the Piadena-Mantua Railway Doubling construction site and the Florence High-Speed Rail Link. These activities are part of a programme aimed at promoting a more informed understanding of our business, with a view to appreciating the technical and operational aspects of the sector, as well as developing a critical awareness of the challenges and best practices, thus contributing to comprehensive training and a better understanding of the world of construction.
