Impresa Pizzarotti guest of the National Agency for Artificial Intelligence (ENIA) Foundation
A guest of the National Agency for Artificial Intelligence (ENIA) Foundation, Impresa Pizzarotti participated in the roundtable discussion “AI in the industrialization of the construction site’s production process and in the maintenance of the works”, as part of the event “Artificial intelligence in the design and construction of major infrastructure projects”, hosted by the Polytechnic University of Turin.
Together with the top managers of contracting authorities and major construction companies, Riccardo Garrè, CEO of Impresa Pizzarotti, shared the company’s experience integrating artificial intelligence to support business processes and construction site activities.
The adoption of AI represents a concrete opportunity to improve operational efficiency, support planning, strengthen the quality of activities, and contribute to safety on construction sites, including through systems capable of preventing interference between humans and equipment and supporting risk assessment. An evolution that integrates with the digitalization tools already adopted in the company, such as BIM.
In his speech, Riccardo Garrè also emphasized how technological innovation must proceed hand in hand with the growth of skills. The Pizzarotti AI Academy, the training program designed to guide people towards the conscious use of AI, has become a structured, flexible program that evolves over time, along with technological innovations and new regulatory requirements. Continuing education, innovation, and responsibility are the pillars through which Impresa Pizzarotti intends to enhance the opportunities offered by artificial intelligence. Moments of discussion like this are crucial for sharing experiences, deepening new perspectives, and contributing to the development of an increasingly responsible and value-creating innovation ecosystem.
