Impresa Pizzarotti engaged in the construction of a new logistics building

Impresa Pizzarotti is engaged in the construction of a new logistics building at the San Miniato freight terminal (Pisa). The prefabricated structures are currently in production at the Lucignano plant, with assembly scheduled for early September. The project involves the construction of a building of approximately 8,500 m2 for logistics.

The Prefabricated Sector of Impresa Pizzarotti is involved in the construction of the structure, with a Pitti tile system roof and R120 concrete slabs, designed to guarantee high performance in terms of thermal insulation and rainwater management.

The prefabricated panels feature a red marble terrazzo finish, in continuity with the buildings already built in the area. The San Miniato freight terminal represents a historic landmark for the company: about twenty years ago, a logistics hub was developed here, consisting of six buildings covering approximately 80,000 square meters. This new intervention, the first in the area in over twenty years, confirms the reliability of Impresa Pizzarotti over time and the evolution of the technical solutions adopted.
