Impresa Pizzarotti C. S.p.A. meets young people from the operations
On Wednesday, October 2, the second meeting of the “Pizzarotti New Voices” project was held at Monte delle Vigne, this time dedicated to young people involved in operations, both Italy and abroad. This event was an important opportunity for dialogue and growth.
The morning began with a meeting with board member Enrica Pizzarotti and CEO, Riccardo Garrè. Participants showed great curiosity, asking questions on crucial issues such as business strategies, objectives, PNRR, new projects and future prospects of the company. Relations with partners and competitors were also discussed, as well as the importance of welfare and training.
In the afternoon, the young people had the opportunity to meet with the Directors of the Business Units of Impresa Pizzarotti. Lorenzo Zabbra (General Manager International BD Operations), Daniele Cappellino (Director Facility Services Management), Riccardo Chojwa (Director Prefabricated Buildings) and Francesco Aguglia (General Manager Domestic Operations) who outlined current activities and projects, while also sharing future prospects and opportunities in the sector. Yesterday, on the other hand, the group had the opportunity to live a team building experience at Circolo Rugby Parma, under the guidance of Filippo Frati, Rugby Director.
A valuable time to strengthen relationships and team spirit. Indeed, the sporting activity provided an important opportunity to apply the values of rugby – collaboration, respect and trust – to corporate life as well. These principles are fundamental to creating a cohesive and productive work environment, where each member feels valued and motivated to give their best.
