Following the great success of the last editions, Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. has launched the new Graduate Programme 2025.

The programme, designed to attract young engineers of potential for a unique opportunity for personal growth, has come to life thanks to the valuable contribution of numerous in-house professionals, training initiatives and career testimonials. After an initial period of Onboarding and on-site training, the programme includes direct experience in the field, to contribute first-hand to the realisation of important and strategic works, having the opportunity to perform and get to know the different roles that characterise the operation of a construction site, and thus also to become more aware of one’s own aptitude.
