Mineo Residence degli Aranci, Marinai Residence Belpasso

We built the Marinai di Belpasso residential complex with closed-scope and for the exclusive use of the US Navy. The Residence consists of 526 single-family villas on two levels with covered parking and private garden. The project includes the construction and maintenance of houses, internal infrastructures, green areas, sports and recreational facilities.

  • Maintenance of all concessions, authorizations, licenses and permits
  • Maintenance and management of structures, infrastructures, common and commercial areas and internal and external systems.

The Residence degli Aranci is a village built on approximately 18,000 square meters in the Cucinella district of Mineo, in the Catania plain. Inside there are also sports facilities, gathering spaces and for a supermarket. The structure can accommodate several thousand people in homes where US Navy soldiers serving at the nearby Sigonella base lived with their families for a decade.
