To ensure the correctness and transparency of company operations, our group has adopted an organization, management and control model in accordance with the provisions of legislative decree 231/01. 231/01. Our commitment to the protection of human rights and transparency of governance is also enshrined in our code of ethics and the code of conduct, documents that suppliers accept during the qualification and contract stipulation phases.
We trained all top management staff, and part of the staff with roles of responsibility belonging to the parent company, on the topic of the application of model 231 and the management system for the prevention of corruption. We informed all employees directly by the supervisory body regarding the measures envisaged by model 231.
