Shared rules
to work better

The rules and principles of governance are the basis of the value system and vision of the pizzarotti group. They represent the solid foundations for building positive relationships, consistent with our values and skills.

Only total sharing of this system allows the ecosystem to develop in the right direction and towards a positive integration of skills and contributions.

Model 231, code of ethics,
Code of conduct, SGI

To ensure the correctness and transparency of company operations, our group has adopted an organization, management and control model in accordance with the provisions of legislative decree 231/01. 231/01. Our commitment to the protection of human rights and transparency of governance is also enshrined in our code of ethics and the code of conduct, documents that suppliers accept during the qualification and contract stipulation phases.

We trained all top management staff, and part of the staff with roles of responsibility belonging to the parent company, on the topic of the application of model 231 and the management system for the prevention of corruption. We informed all employees directly by the supervisory body regarding the measures envisaged by model 231.

The corporate organization has introduced the Risk Management function at the corporate level, which reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for developing operational methodologies and tools to ensure the consistency of their application. The risk management process includes the analysis of the internal and external contexts in which the organization operates, the identification and classification of risks and opportunities (risk and opportunity management plan), the monitoring of actions of mitigation.

The process aims to evaluate the probability and impact of adverse and unwanted events and to exploit any opportunities for the organization. The result is to increase the probability and impact of positive events and mitigate negative ones.
