On January 12, 2026, the official ceremony to mark the start of work on the new Club House was held at Marinai Residence. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by all the authorities from the Sigonella Base, as well as representatives from Housing and Public Works.

The project involves the construction of a prefabricated structure of approximately 400 square meters, for a total volume of 1,190 cubic meters. The new Club House will be a space dedicated to resident families, designed as a place for meeting, socializing, and recreational activities.

The structure will consist of prefabricated modules placed side by side, with a galvanized steel supporting structure, and will be divided into three functional sections:

• a central multifunctional room of approximately 250 square meters;

• two side sections of approximately 70 square meters each, intended respectively for a snack bar with kitchen and toilets, technical rooms, and storage.

The volumetric distribution will also allow for the creation of three large outdoor terraces for outdoor activities, covered by pergolas.

This project combines functionality, rapid construction, and quality communal spaces, contributing to the enhancement of the residential context and the improvement of community life within the complex.

Cost of works: €1,200,000.00

Expected completion date: August 2026
