BEWARE OF SCAM ATTEMPTS
In recent months, we have recorded attempts by unknown fraudsters to create fake email domains, with the aim of posing as employees of Impresa Pizzarotti and contacting various local suppliers, asking them to make urgent deliveries of building materials and/or diesel fuel.
Our company, through its representatives, immediately reported the matter to the local police headquarters, filing a formal complaint.
We therefore ask you to pay particular attention to any supply requests that may be received via standard email in the name of Impresa Pizzarotti, always verifying their authenticity (the official domains for our accounts are: @pizzarotti.it, @pizzarotti.ch, or @external.pizzarotti.it).
The presence of the Company’s name in the sender’s email address, in the message signature or in other elements of the communication from unknown parties does not in itself constitute a guarantee of authenticity, as it may be subject to forgery.
In this regard, please note that, in accordance with company policy, Impresa Pizzarotti requires the delivery of goods only following the signing of a specific Contract and/or Purchase Order, and never in advance via ordinary email.
