We are proud to announce that Riccardo Garrè, CEO of Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., was honoured yesterday in Rome at the CEOforLIFE Awards, during the day dedicated to Innovation and Research, for the Cortina Sliding Centre project.

The CEOforLIFE Awards, promoted by Task Force Italia, are an event dedicated to recognising CEOs, leaders and companies that contribute to the sustainable development of the country through innovative, high-impact projects aimed at the common good. The aim of the initiative is to create a virtuous network of companies and institutions capable of sharing vision, responsibility and best practices, thus promoting not only economic growth, but also social, environmental and cultural growth.

The Cortina Sliding Centre, with its new “Eugenio Monti” track, is a project that combines engineering excellence, technological innovation and attention to the local area. ‘A sustainable, state-of-the-art track,“ said Garrè, ‘the first in the world to be entirely glycol-cooled, created to be a lasting legacy for sport and the local area. A result that speaks of teamwork, innovative solutions and an Italy that knows how to tackle the most complex challenges and turn them into opportunities”.
