ADVANCEMENT SHIPPED ON THE MOLDOVEI HIGHWAY IN ROMANIA

The first beams of the junction with the A3 have been laid.

The group composed of Impresa Pizzarotti SPA – Pizzarotti SA – Retter Project Management has installed the first beams on lot 1 (Dumbrava – Mizil), 21 km long, of the Ploiești-Buzău motorway (63.25 km). According to authorities, the stretch, part of the Moldovan motorway – A7, is mobilizing over 500 workers and 250 machines even over the weekend.
In recent days, the National Company for the Administration of Road Infrastructures (CNAIR) has temporarily closed some sections of the A3 Bucharest – Ploiești motorway to allow the installation of the metal deck of the bridge.

74% completed and considering the progress achieved, lot 1 is the most advanced on the A7 and according to estimates by Transport Minister Sorin Grindeanu there is talk of a possible inauguration in 2024.
